Casoca Company, a growing B2B and B2C startup, offers a platform with a library of free, high-quality Sketchup and BIM 3D models from the Brazilian market for architects and designers. When I joined, the company had fewer than 10 employees, each handling multiple tasks.▪ The goal was to increase product variety and attract influential brands to draw more users. The main challenge was adapting the platform to our product types without a developer, requiring manual HTML updates.▪ For the first 5 months, I worked full-time as a UX/UI Designer and platform assistant. My tasks included registering new products, creating categories, developing marketing banners, and improving the website's information architecture and user flow. For the next year, I switched to part-time to balance my master's degree, focusing exclusively on UX/UI Design.▪ As the head and sole member of the design team, I had daily meetings with Marketing and Service leaders, managed the design board, conducted research, oversaw deliveries, and updated the Magento platform using HTML. Key tools included Figma, Photoshop, Sketchup, Asana, Discord, and Magento.▪ Achievements: I grew into a leadership role, onboarding new designers, pitching new products to leadership, and structuring the design team.

European Innovation Academy: Three weeks program to create, develop and launch the startup called “The Project” which had as goal to allow everybody to order a media content creator, as photographers and videographers, in seconds from anywhere to cover any type of demand▪ Main activities and responsibilities: to design logos and the website page, to create the app prototype based on UX design using Adobe XD, and also create the presentation video and presentation pitch▪ Team: Mariana Fernandes (Brazil), Michel Kant (The Netherlands), Onna Weber (Germany), Pedro Gusso (Brazil) and Sheryl Tan (Canada)

Assistance in the discipline of Basic Concepts of Architecture and Urbanism in the Civil Engineering program at UFMG.The tutoring served as support to the professor in improving certain materials aimed at enhancing students' understanding of the expected outcomes, as well as providing in-person assistance during classes to address any relevant doubts related to both the software used and more specific questions about the topic being discussed. Among the activities carried out were a Post-Occupancy Evaluation questionnaire, a review class, AutoCAD plotting class, and the development of accompanying educational materials for students, Practical Urbanism Work, and additional materials on Heritage and Sustainability.During the 26th Knowledge Week at UFMG, a banner from the Department of Architecture and Urbanism Technology at the School of Architecture at UFMG was presented, highlighting the five areas covered by the PMG, with the Methods of Production area including the tutoring for the Basic Concepts of Architecture and Urbanism course.
