Email-based customer support, workflow management, accounting-related tasks, grading, UX/UI design and research.- Direct communication with the development/editorial team, sharing users' feedback, reporting bugs and requesting improvements in the platform and courses;- Correction of student tests, from more than 30 courses related to different design topics;- Improvement of processes and documentation, bringing positive impacts such as faster support, a better grading system, and higher chances to win disputes of payments;- Contribution to UX strategy and visual design;- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer insights, turning them into practical design solutions;- Sprint meetings with the design and development team, and brainstorming sessions across all teams;- Creation of course material illustrations;- Creation of templates and images for social media posts.
