As Manager for Human Resources, Glen guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources programs, policies and services. She is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Company's business goals. Areas she manages include Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Retention, Employee and Labor Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Organization Development, and General Admin. She also extends support to ANTECH’s distributor partner – Belrose Bundle of Joy.

As Head of HR, Glen is responsible for managing all the HR operations and strategies within the company. She oversees the administration of all people related matters such as compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, organization development, performance management, recruitment, training and development, payroll and general affairs. Glen is also extending HR support to Kalbe's sister company - Asiawide Kalbe. She is directly reporting the Regional Finance Manager and Country Manager.
