– Worked on two different products: "Smart Home" from Dom.ru (iOS and Android apps), CRM for Homeowners Association (web platform);– Improved the design process and integrated UX research into each stage;– Developed a dictionary of terms and a set of rules on how to write texts for Smart Home and CRM. Its goal is to combine our interfaces into a single ecosystem at the text level;– Developed a section in the "Smart House" so that residents could communicate with the HOA about problems.
