Analyst on the Talent Acquisition & Management Shared Services (TAM SSC) Team - an international department within Luxoft, which is responsible for providing support to TAM organization.Key Responsibilities:- Research across various sources and platforms to collect talent, market and business data, mainly focusing on Locations (talent pool) & Competitors intelligence (competitors landscape on the talent market).- Arranging diverse array of information into representative visual materials (graphs, charts, presentations).- Creating reports and presentations utilizing qualitative analysis regarding companies, markets, and industry trends, which are then leveraged in internal market research endeavors and used for forming talent, location and organizational strategies.- Communication and collaboration with TAM department and management in terms of providing external talent market intelligence.

Educational Alliance Melpomene (sr. Edukativni savez Melpomena) was founded by students of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, who wanted to spread knowledge among their fellow students. I was involved with the project Melpomene's Language Workshop (sr. Melpomenina jezicka radionica). The main objective of this project was to educate all generations in the field of philology. The goal of the organisation was to introduce the culture and customs of different peoples to students of different age groups. While working on the project, I organized volunteer courses "The Basics of Sign Language". The most important part of our future plans were volunteer courses held at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, meant for high school and college students.
