- Managing a USD 100M+ Safe Online Fund investing in global/regional/national solutions to prevent and respond to sexual abuse, exploitation and violence against children in digital environments. We invest in new technologies (AI/ML, VR, blockchain, etc.) and collaboration/capacities across sectors and public-private partnerships in 85+ countries. - Creating a Safe Online global network of partners/players working on safety of children online and influencing key global policy debates on digital governance and regulatory frameworks that impact children in the digital world i.e. online privacy and protection, safety by design, frontier tech, liability and safety rules for digital platforms, etc.- Together with Tech Coalition (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, Adobe, Roblox, etc.), managing the Tech Coalition Safe Online Research Fund to advance the world’s understanding of online child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) & fund research that produces actionable insights that impact product and policy development within industry and across sectors.

- Designed processes and quality/ethics assurance mechanisms on research and evaluations (50 ongoing research at the total budget of 4.5M); led the creation of the CO Research Committee and UNICEF Ethical Review Board with national universities.- 35% increase in budget allocations per research/evaluation project; strategically realigned research away from smaller qualitative studies into internationally accepted, normative and longitudinal research, RCTs, etc. Brought in new technology and approaches with collaborations with TomTom, American Institutes for Research, Office of Innovations, etc. - Built 5 major partnerships that cross-cut different programmatic sections in the office; engaged with 10 other COs to understand best practices in data/research partnerships. Built framework for further office engagement through collaborations like UN habitat on Child Mobility Mapping in Cities, the Office of Innovation on Information Poverty, Innocenti Office of Research, UNU-WIDER, etc.

- Developed and managed major strategic partnerships at the 5M + level. Build collaborations with global universities and research entities. Engaged UNICEF’s global innovation and knowledge management teams to propel the Country Office forward. Work in direct support of the Representative on special projects, including organizing TED talks and other key events to highlight the office’s work.- Founded first UNICEF Innovation Lab in Montenegro to identify and support youth projects which could both become businesses and also create social good. Hired leadership and support roles for lab, and created connections to the 12 UNICEF Innovation Labs, globally.

- Represent UNICEF at the Local and Community Level through support for development of local plans and strategies for children and through piloting community-based programs and interventions - Built teams and supported development of multi-year LPAs for Children in 10 municipalities covering 70% of child population in the country. Coordinated 10+ community-level pilots and their scale-up; coordinated community engagement in 20 municipalities as part of the globally recognized campaign “It’s about ability” with direct participation of 500+ children.

- Advised the Minister and Deputy Minister of Justice on the key aspects related to the Juvenile Justice System Reform Project and coordinated work key stakeholders - Coordinated work leading to a shift to a restorative justice model for children; directly worked with 400+ justice/social welfare professionals to establish referral mechanisms for children in conflict with the law and victims and witnesses of crime; ensured a 1M EU grant for the continuation of the reform.

Support the organization of the Academic Forum and the Industry and Protection Forum; Accountable for the overall management of both Forums and coordination of meetings of Programme and Organising Committees and relevant international stakeholders.
