The Employer Partner Certificate project was initiated by SELECTIO, with the support of their partners. The Certificate is awarded to those organizations that, regardless of their size and publicity, comply with the Human Resource Management quality standards. The Certificate also allows employers to show how successful they are and to substantiate their appeal to best employees in a relevant way.- Evaluation of clients’ human resources management processes (strategy; recruitment and selection; work, motivation and remuneration; training and development; employee relationship) according to The Employer Partner Certificate book of standards

- Managing recruitment and selection projects for clients- Consulting clients on recruitment and selection channels, market research, client relationship management, reporting to clients- Conducting interviews and checking applicant references- Creating and updating job descriptions and adverts; headhunting- Objective result comparison and identification of candidates strengths and weaknesses and composing reports for client- Updating of SELECTIO LinkedIn profile and website using WordPress program

- Participating in recruitment and selection projects – assisting Project Managers (recruiters, offering them support – searching for the appropriate candidates using different R&S channels, market research depending on the project)- Updating of SELECTIO website using Joomla program, proactive suggesting of all the needed changes and improvements as well as cooperation with the IT department (designers and programmers) about the website improvements- Setting up and tracking/adjusting Google Adwords campaign for SELECTIO brand- Setting up SELECTIO profile on LinkedIn; editing with different announcements - Offering useful information to potential candidates from Croatia and abroad; all necessary administration.
