• Support the ITBP team in delivering its function to Ardagh.• Provide and enable effective communication (and related activities) between the Deputy CIOs (DCIO) / Business Relationship Managers (BRMs)and the CIO Departments (IT Delivery Teams) in relation to the IT estimation and evaluation of new demand requests• Work closely and collaboratively with Change’s Portfolio & Long-Range Planning (LRP) team and the PMO in the planning and shaping of the Portfolio. • Provide and enable effective communication and related activities between the DCIOs / BRMs and the CIO Department in relation other ITBP team responsibilities• Understand and advocate for the adoption and proper utilisation of the demand management process• Lead meetings and workshops, analyze complex business requirements and work with the various CIO teams to ensure the integrity of the portfolio (DCIO/BRM, Change, Architecture, Apps, Infra, ITSM, Risk, Legal and Procurement)• Producing high quality MI related to the ITBP Team

- implementation of project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards- Manage communications: regular reporting cycle requests, Group IT PMO communications, - Coordinate, schedule and facilitate Stage Gate Review Board meetings with IT Senior Management to ensure adherence with Ardagh IT PMO Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).- Coordinate, schedule and facilitate Portfolio review meetings - Coordinate, schedule and facilitate the meetings and collaboration between regional PMO leads and Global PMO, ensuring the regions adhere to the company's Global Policies & Guidelines - Work with the Group IT BRM and PMO team members to maintain the Ardagh IT PMO Methodology Guidelines, work with PMs and Group IT leads to ensure that frameworks are being followed - Assist in onboarding of project managers- Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio and globally- Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review.- Configure and maintain project and team level dashboards in PPM tools.- SOx Compliance: common controls ownership (PM processes), providing documentation to support Internal and External Audit of projects delivered
