As a tour guide at one of the most famous tourist destinations in Vilnius Lithuania, I have been guiding various tours in English and Lithuanian. Next to the role as a guide I have been part of the customer desk there, opening and closing the tickets desk, welcoming tourists, managing bookings for the tours.
