For Fitch LearningFitch Learning specializes in creating high impact and engaging learning programs. Extension Engine is currently working on a new online learning (open edX based) platform for all Fitch Learning programs.As a Content Admin and QA my job is to review and add content to the courses that are provided by the client, test everything is available and working as specified and report any issues via Jira. I use Adapt developer framework to create responsive e-learning content.Since this is one of the first on line learning projects we are working on and we are expecting more I’m also in charge of developing QA process for all on line learning projects and preparing templates for various QA support documents (validation plan, traceability matrix, estimate metrics, test cases, validation report, etc.), and to research if we will be able to include automated testing in the future, once the product is more stable.

For QuietStream FinancialQuietStream Financials is working on a new online investor profile (Investor Management Services) where clients can post investment offering, accept investments and store data and documents for every project.As a QA lead on this project for QuietStream Financial I was in charge of day to day activities of planning and testing the application as well as training other QAs and personnel. Jira with Confluence was used for defect tracking and documents maintenance.

For Harvard Business SchoolExtension Engine has been contracted to combine Preregistration Add/Drop and the Elective Course Planner as well as modernize the UI and handle the new flexible course schedule (flex terms). EC Toolkit has several different phases and complex algorithms for assigning courses to students in a fair way, based on their selections.As a QA Software Tester on the project I’m testing different functionalities implemented on daily bases, as well as conducting manual regression testing before major releases. I'm also in charge of keeping Traceability Matrix up to date with changes and update test cases.

As Project Quality Manager I'm responsible for staff of 40 people and some of my everyday activities include: Supervising team members in accordance with company standard policies and procedures in an FDA regulated environment. Managing the testing process of multiple concurrent clinical study projects  Scheduling and conducting department meetings Planning and developing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department Analyzing and documenting testing processes and problems.
