As a young professional who has had 10+ years experience in the food/ hospitality industry, I have learned to have a hard work ethic, passion for customer service as well as a strong drive to learn. Working for exclusive restaurants such as Manhattan Woods, Sailfish Marina, Carmines and Kaluz I have established a great respect for the industry as well as persuaded myself to continue my passion in working in the restaurant industry and building a great clientele. I loved exploring the outside perspective of the food and dining space with companies such as Grab Valet (3rd party start up) , Otter (restaurant software) etc. and giving my own opinions and ideas to help the businesses succeed.My future endeavors would include continuing to grow my small business Hola! (organic dog food), cooking for my family and exploring new ways to teach healthy food practices/ participating in advising other businesses to do the same.
