About Marija Vukic

Currently, I am a CEO of my own recruitment company PlugandPlay Talent. The path to getting where I am today, was the less traveled one. Once upon a time, I was an accountant at a big4 consulting company. At the beginning of my career, I believed that culture and people operations were one among several important elements in any organization's success β€” along with vision, strategy, marketing, financials, products and the like. I now believe that people are not just one part of the puzzle. They are the whole game. Ultimately, an organization is nothing more than the collective capacity of its people to create value. People leveraged in the right way are the only true, sustainable, competitive advantage. But first you have to hire them. I help with that part.
