From March 2014 until February 2015 I was part of the Executive Lounge team as Club Concierge. The last nine months I had the opportunity to assist the Executive Assistant Manager of F&B in all the administrative tasks in the department.

Four star Boutique Hotel with 67 modern decorated rooms, a restaurant and bar. In this position I was mainly responsible for the check in/ check out of the guests, but also handled reservation requests and guest complaints.

During this traineeship I worked for both five star hotels in Amsterdam; Amsterdam Marriott Hotel & Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel, a cluster position. Approximately 800 guest rooms and 28 meetingrooms.

For two months I have been to Ghana as a volunteer. During this period I have worked in an orphanage with 18 children in the age of 3 - 13 years. During these two months I taught the children English, Mathematics, Science and Arts. I helped the workers with cooking, serving and washing. The most important thing is of course giving the children a lots of love.
