About Marije Schuring

Een uitdagende ontwikkelopgave? Een complex inhoudelijk vraagstuk? Een ‘moeilijke’ organisatie?Als (programma)directeur met bedrijfsvoeringsexpertise en hart voor de business breng ik de opgave, het vraagstuk en de organisatie met plezier en succes naar een volgende fase. Ik ben doelgericht, analytisch en optimistisch. Ik geniet ervan om mensen en opdrachten te verbinden en tot bloei te laten komen. Met mijn open en enthousiaste houding neem ik alle stakeholders mee in wat er te doen is, en wat hun rol daarin is. Dat doe ik door stapsgewijs naar behapbare maar ook uitdagende mijlpalen toe te werken. Ik ben er goed in om ambitieuze (strategische) doelen zo te organiseren dat ze concreet en haalbaar worden. Het liefst geef ik sturing en leiding aan (grotere) organisaties die zich voor een veelheid aan uiteenlopende doelen gesteld zien, maar wel in beweging willen blijven.
