My Master Graduation Project focused on how B&S can increase the engagement of its office personnel with the international employer brand. Via 23 semi-structured interviews alongside theoretical research it became clear that the values communicated by the organisation should represent the values and characteristics of employees. Combining the findings of the interviews an email template and webinar lay-out have been created as part of a communication toolkit, for B&S to implement in future communications and thereby increasing the engagement of its office personnel.

My Graduation Assignment written for O'Donnell Moonshine focused on how the Dutch liquor market and target audience could be reached most effectively to increase overall brand awareness. This resulted in a marketing campaign plan, consisting of multiple communication products, aiming to create customer interaction and the share of relevant product and brand information. The graduation assignment got graded with a 9.
