I oversee all marketing & communication initiatives and actions across our Belgian and Luxembourg practice, targeting different audiences (clients, eco-system partners, employees, candidates). This includes, a.o.: • Local reputation management - driving campaigns & initiatives to build and maintain a strong leadership presence in our local market, including sponsorship deals, partnerships, client proximity initiatives, employer of choice positioning etc. • Press & Media Relations • Internal communications - advising on internal communication strategy & best practices for internal programs & projects, including leadership communication, sustainability communication etc.

‘Culture is the new brand currency’ – Emma Tolhurst (Executive Director of Brand-led Employee Experience, Landor & Fitch / Former Accenture global People Communications Lead) In this combined role – a first time ever in this position – I’ve put culture at the heart of everything we do. This required a fundamental shift in our thinking about the role of people communication and employer branding. Together with many different stakeholders across our local practice, we have written our Accenture Belgium & Luxembourg story – The Many Faces of Change. After a first, successful launch in 2021, the campaign is still growing strong. We continue to bring our story to life throughout all the different moments that matter, both for employees and candidates alike. Key responsibilities:• Support the BeLux People Strategy by putting it at the heart of everything we do• Sustainability Communication – support the Accenture responsible business lead & practice by embedding the Accenture sustainability value promise in our story & everything we do. • Drive the people engagement agenda in collaboration with Leadership, Human Capital and different stakeholders (People Advocates, I&D, ...) • Support change journeys – Examples: implementation of ‘Future of Work’• HR Communication• Connect, develop, and amplify the candidate and employee experience – ‘Connect the dots’• Develop a powerful strategy and create efficient employer brand campaigns to strengthen and further enhance the Accenture Employer Brand on the Belgium and Luxembourg market
