Former Head of Maths, Specialist Leader in Mathematics Education and even qualified to help lead a school… Master's degree in mathematics education and a member of the National Association of Mathematics Advisers. Left the ‘safety’ of school employment to set up my own business so I could do what was right for my learners. Now one of the few highly qualified dyscalculia assessors in the UK, helping people to see they are not stupid and that there is a real reason why they don’t get numbers, also changing lives by very successfully teaching maths to children and adults who have never found someone who gets the way they learn whether they are autistic, have a hearing or visual difficulty or have any or all of Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADHD and Maths Anxiety. Oops, this is turning into a bit of a rant already sorry. Anyway, more demand for my services than I can offer because there’s only one of me and not enough hours in the day… so now looking for a way to clone myself 🤔.
