EASA Form 4 Postholder Quality and Compliance.As a Quality Manager, I am responsible in the management of the quality and compliance monitoring systems, which form part of the EASA Part-145 maintenance/Part-CAMO continuing airworthiness approvals, the FAA repair station approval, the CAA-UK Part-145 approval and the national maintenance and continuing airworthiness approvals held by Hangar One. My tasks include:- Compliance auditing and monitoring;- Management of the yearly audit programme;- Follow-up on findings resulting from the audit programme;- Implementation and monitoring of (new or changed) regulations;- Maintaining company manuals such as the MOE, CAME and FAA supplement;- Managing the internal occurrence reporting system, including investigation and follow-up of occurrences;- Managing the internal initial and continuation training programmes;- Keeping personnel records up-to-date and issuing company authorisations;- Acting as first point of contact within the company for the Dutch civil aviation authority and other national aviation authorities;- Company wide process improvement and project management;- Keeping the company compliant with health and environment regulations;

As deputy safety manager, I am under the responsibility of the safety manager, involved in:- Hazard identification and risk analysis;- Implementation of risk mitigations in the company procedures and policies;- Monitoring safety performance;- Providing safety training;
