In this experience, I was the design contact for the design and creation of websites and mobile applications, with the main focus on the customer experience.

I was responsible for the design and implementation of web projects for Italian public administrations, starting from the needs of the client and his target audience, respecting the AGID regulations. Furthermore, I took care of post-launch customer support to intervene on any critical issues and improvements.

Design and development of the User Interface of the Letochrono mobile app, a proprietary home automation system created by the company in collaboration with Unit Software. I have created different styles of mobile interfaces to meet the different needs of the user who, once his scenario and conditions have been created through the general software, can easily manage the home automation system of his home or company from his smartphone.
