Within Novarc, I cover four fields:- bids and contracts – both private and public procurement and assignments,- marketing – including, but not limited to press releases, event organization, home page and social media management, - internal communication,- work environment.I’ve been in consulting engineering business for quite a while, involved in its different aspects: project management, sales and marketing, legal and insurance issues. Thanks to extensive and in-depth experience in the field I’ve been invited to participate in a number of task groups for development of legislation, standards and conditions of contracts, also to speak and moderate at seminars and conferences. There I’ve been representing my company as well as the Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies.I am fluent in Estonian, English and Russian and good in French, Greek and Swedish.Outside consulting engineering I am active in BPW (Business Professional Women) Estonia, presently as a member of the board.
