My journey what made me the professional I am today began in earnest 25 years ago when I moved to Asia. First to Bangkok in '97 followed by Singapore entrusted to build the StarHub mobile network. Back then, StarHub was little more than an idea on a scrap of paper. It had no work premises and just a handful of staff. I was among the first engineers hired to work on the project from the Nokia side.When the network was ready for launch in April 2000, I took a new path, training as a GPRS Engineer. When the first flurry of data was sent from the StarHub mobile network to the internet, I was there to make it happen and witness the moment. This was a life-changer for everyone – suddenly we could browse the internet on the move!In 2006 my life took a fresh turn – I co-founded Lemom. We grew a network marketing organization that bought our fashion accessories via the e-commerce we’d built. Later, we also launched online shops for consumers.While building and operating this business, I mastered digital marketing skills and came to see that my true calling was to help fellow entrepreneurs develop their online presence and manage it well. This includes everything from building websites and e-commerce, managing social media & paid advertising. Creating beautiful graphics and generating content that resonates with target audiences.Since moving to Canada in 2015 we expanded our offerings to include internationalization related services. Helping businesses to grow and go global is very close to my heart and I get great pleasure to see our clients succeed. I have an entrepreneurial spirit with great energy and can-do attitude. I am capable of learning and accomplishing anything I am interested in and enthusiastic about. I love to interact with people, both face-to-face and online. I am pragmatic, ambitious and want to succeed. I have the courage to go outside my comfort zone and test myself. I feel that challenges bring the best out of me and I am used to overcoming adversity. I am achievement-oriented and quality conscious, I want to excel in everything I do.
