I worked as Technical Manager for Care organisation that provided after sales technical support for 1.3 million Mobile Network subscriber base. Role included following responsibilities:• Planned and led several large telecom system installation, expansion and upgrade projects in live network.• Administered all software release upgrade and software bug fix implementations that included installation and fall back procedures verification, testing, scheduling and acceptance.• Chaired weekly meetings with customer representatives related to network maintenance issues.Care team improved it’s KPI in customer satisfaction score by 1.5 points after I took over. Customer praised my interpersonal skills, positive perception and ownership that I take. With my orderly, methodical and systematic way of working, they felt they can trust and rely on me.

I was involved in the Nokia’s first complete 3G system delivery in Asia.• I had overall responsibility for the whole GPRS network including following network elements: GGSN, SGSN, Legal Interception Gateway, Charging Gateway and Firewalls. • Project included 3G Packet core installation, commission, integration, testing, customer acceptance and training. When system went to live, I oversaw the whole system operation and achieved top scores on customer satisfaction on Packet Core System maintenance.• Additionally I managed Push to Talk over Cellular Radio Service system installation and trained Junior ASP specialist to operate and maintain ASP system.

I was in charge of all ASP and Centrex systems in APAC. • I coordinated Centrex and ASP system installations to local operator including site preparations, 3rd party management (IBM and HP), installation, commission, integration, testing, customer acceptance and training.• I was part of the product management team and acted as interface between customer and product line. My task was to explain product features and capabilities to customer and to bring customer feature requests to product line awareness and translate them to engineering team.

Complex ASP system consist DX200 switch, PC-based operator workstations with ASP software, HP-UX platform for Oracle database and IBM AIX for number inquiry service. My tasks related to this role were following:• Responsibility for Advanced Services Platform (ASP) system testing. • Maintenance of an ASP system for telecom operator in Finland and interacted between customer and product line. • Project Manager for a telecom project in Thailand that required me to live there for 9 months period. I supervised and partially executed ASP system installation to local telecom operator.
