As an Onboarding Specialist and Trainer at Sera Systems, a leading software company, I applied my diverse skill set in learning, design and technology to create and deliver engaging and effective training programs for new and existing customers. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Science from Southeastern Louisiana University, where I gained valuable experience in applied behavior analysis, data entry, and education planning. I have four years of classroom experience as a teaching team lead and an academic interventionist, where I developed and implemented curriculum and instruction for diverse learners, and led data analysis and intervention teams.
