Marika is Clinical Director of Access Health Online, which provides Australia-wide bulk-billing Psychology Telehealth Services. Marika wanted to provide an option to all Australians where cost and location was no longer a barrier to access mental health supports. Access Health Online is also a registered sponsor with Revenue NSW, Fines Victoria, SPER in Queensland and the Department of Justice in Western Australia to deliver Psychological Treatment to patients engaged in Work and Development Orders or Permits in their respective states.

Marika is the Clinical Director of See You Thru, a multidisciplinary allied health company that provides Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Feeding services to patients of all ages. See You Thru has 3 clinics located across Sydney. See You thru is also a registered NDIS provider and delivers services under Medicare, Work Cover, DVA and through private health.
