My main responsibility is to provide internal and external project management of client engagements which may involve design customisation, blended learning solutions, delivery in multiple countries and languages and/or other implementation challenges, while consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction within time and budget parameters. I am managing the design, development and delivery of customised blended learning solutions designed to drive client strategic initiatives. While effectively managing client stakeholders and build key relationships within the client organisation, I act as internal teams lead to meet, or exceed, client expectations.

- Program design, management and delivery of a variety of training solutions both virtually and face to face (workshops, seminars, game-based learning, coaching, business games)- learning needs analysis- delivery and feedback on soft skills assessments (360, DISC, Thomas International tools)- Product design of customised training materials - Cost analysis and budget monitoring- stakeholders management - familiar with Content Management System and Learning Management System Platforms (Drupal, Moodle, Docebo) for the creation and delivery of SCORM items

- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations- Deploy a wide variety of training methods- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them- Manage training budget- Provide opportunities for ongoing development- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices- Record tracking in designing and executing successful training programs
