I created digital content to market and brand the recreational facility; as well as, managed the following social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and Periscope. I also acted as a copyright editor of website content.

As an UAB Ambassador, I served as a hostess at official university events. My duties included providing information and assistance to the UAB Administration, faculty, staff, student body, and visitors.

Mentored and responded to the needs of approximately 150 students under my direct supervision throughout career• Implemented educational, social, and recreational programs to foster a sense of community in residence halls.• Managed administrative tasks including room condition reports, maintenance requests, incident reports, and room change processes• Fostered many lasting, meaningful relationships with residents creating an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust• Facilitated on-call service multiple times throughout the years, providing emergent assistance to entire residence hall multiple nights and weekends.

As a sales associate I maintained an awareness of all promotions and advertisements, while assisting in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock. I aided in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping. I helped customers in locating merchandise and sometimes helped them decide what was the best look for them. I communicated customer requests to management. I participated in year-end inventory and cycle counts. I rang up sales at registers and bagged merchandise ensuring that all sensors were removed. I made sure each customer received outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which included greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. I also performed other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
