In charge of an e-service department at Fennia Claims Services with staff of 4 team leaders and 50 employees either handling claims or in supportive tasks. Responsibilities include staff planning and human resource management, change management, business planning and strategy implementation. In addition to leadership responsibilities, key function is to speed up the claims handling procedures and processes and improve customer experience by developing electronic document management and online services. In charge of the quality and validity of the service provided at the counselling centre by the students. Developing innovative and customer – oriented counseling services for people in challenging life situations for example studies at a community college. Lecturing at the cooperative universities.
