-Advised Masters and PhD students within our four academic division departments and planned career and professional development programming on resumes, cover letters, interviewing and networking workshops.-Established relationships with faculty and provide support to academic departments to increase student awareness and competency in career readiness skills and diverse career paths for graduate students.-Utilized LinkedIn to identify, build and maintain relationships with potential employer partners and alumni and cultivate job and internship opportunities for students. -Planned and implemented employer and alumni events including information sessions, alumni networking sessions and professional development forums. -Develop written marketing communications to promote to campus partners, students and alumni for events, programming and monthly newsletter.-Worked closely with student led groups to plan career events including the Diverse Brandeis Scholars and the Career Development for the Sciences-Successfully led and implemented the Brandeis’ first Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition where students describe their research to a broad audience in under 3 minutes to a panel of judges while using only one slide; resulted in 36 student participants and over 100 staff, faculty and student attendees.

-Provided career counseling and coaching services for masters and PhD students and alumni in the Creative Arts, Division of Humanities, Division of Science and the Division of Social Sciences including 17 doctoral programs and over 50 different masters programs.-Managed student, employer and appointment data in the Handshake career management system for the purposes of data collection and tracking; assist with employer and job posting approvals

-Sourced local companies to cultivate professional relationships with hiring managers and human resource managers; planned employer engagement events including information sessions and career fairs-Managed online career platform (GradLeaders); posted and approved employer job postings, ran internal reports and improved daily workflow processes for career coaches and employer engagement staff -Managed two graduate students

-Consulted with 200+ business school students (~80% international students) to review cover letters and resumes-Presented workshops to students to gain knowledge of best practices for self-branding and job search techniques including LinkedIn and resume/cover letter development

-Advised 400+ students in career direction, internship and job search, social networking and personal branding, resume and CV development, mock interviews and salary negotiation-Presented social media network workshops for students and successfully implemented the School’s first annual speed networking event with a result of 40 alumni and 80 students participating (in-person and remotely); recruited alumni via LinkedIn, established networks and cold calling-Consulted and built internal relationships with multiple offices and schools within a large decentralized environment-Maintained SNRE’s career website page and managed Symplicity software online database system
