Community based public health● Conducted 400+ educational programs in both English and Spanish to a wide variety of audiences. Programs averaged 12-16 participants with ages ranging from 9-69. The youth demographic accounted for 450+ participants. Programs presented were primarily evidence-based programs taught with fidelity● Taught 33+ court-mandated groups to parent focusing on culturally sensitive solutions to difficult issues posed by adolescents, as well as motivational and communication skills ● Led professional training programs and spoke on panels that emphasized best practices in behavioral health ● Supervised two groups of Youth Health Promoters, from hiring through training, mentorship, and evaluation
