Pax Brygghus is a small brewery with a big heart located in Flyinge. We aim towards an open and lively brew house with a brew pub. Craft Beer as a hub for many different activities and meetings.

Head of NGO Office with 10 employees. The NGO office offers service and funding for NGOs in Malmö and is also responsible for booking of Malmös sports halls and fields. As a head of department, I focus on giving my co-workers good conditions to get the most out of their competence. I am not the one to be the expert. As a manager I should ask the right questions, I should catalyse work and make people and business grow. It is important for me as a manager to understand the business and the challenges, and I like to join hands-on to really get the essence.

During my years as a consultant at Sigma I had different roles.Team LeaderAs a team leader, I focus a lot on creating structure and confidence in order to give room for creativity and effective development. I like to lead a group where we can utilize the people dynamics and jointly cope with challenges and deliveries, whether it is new development projects, application management or non-profit groups.Project ManagerAs project manager, I have great use of that I am confident in my leadership skills and my ability to communicate. This makes me independent of methods and processes, although these can be a good support when they exist and function. With a focus on getting the job done and to get everybody on board, humor and job satisfaction are important tools for me.I have made good use of my experience from the big projects in the Scouting movement where a leader has to get volunteers to work hard for long periods and therefore must have the ability to create a good atmosphere, keeping team members motivated and be able to steer a multi-cultural organization towards a specified target.Operations DevelopmentI have not had a dedicated operations development role, but it has been an integral part of the most enjoyable assignments I have had as a consultant . In many cases, it has been a newly started business where I joined as a leader and where it has been necessary to create working processes, procedures and quality management systems in parallel with the task itself. In situations like this, it helps a lot that I find it easy to see patterns and structures even when everything seems to be messed up.

The 22nd World Scout Jamboree is held somewhere in the world every four years. In the summer of 2011 it was Sweden's turn, and 40,061 Scouts from 146 countries participated. Another 40,000 people visited the jamboree. As Local Liaison within Operational Support I was responsible for coordination of the jamboree's contacts with the municipality of Kristianstad and Region Skåne. The role has involved close contact with both the municipal and regional management and their project offices. Beyond this I worked within the Communications Department, with special focus on the Media and Press Section and the Media Center.

Part of the campaign group whose work led to Sweden being selected to host of the 22nd World Scout Jamboree 2011 in Kristianstad. Participated in development of the concept we successfully sold to the rest of the world and were together with an art director responsible for production of campaign material.

SCOUT 2001 gathered scouts from Sweden's five scout associations and was the first Swedish national Jamboree. The camp took place on 28 July-5 August 2001 in Rinkaby outside Åhus. I worked in the program team and was responsible for program information to the 25,000 participants and 1.500 staff members before and during SCOUT 2001.

I was responsible for public relations and information for the 10th World Moot 1996 and deputy Camp Chief. This world event was organized in Värmland on behalf of the World Organization of the Scout Movement and gathered 3000 scouts from 80 countries.

I was elected federal chairman of the Swedish School Student Union for three years, working full time. The role included advocacy, investigation, training, intelligence, board work and management for 10-15 employees.
