Working at two locations of the Macedo company:Macedo Winery/ U-Vin: Retail and ManufacturingDowntown Winery: Primarily Wine bar, event space and retail

Main responsibilities include running food and preparing and delivering the drinks to according tables. Furthermore, taking up orders and ensuring all opening or closing duties are done on time.

Mainly bartending, preparing cocktails, coffees and other beverages. Basic understanding of different alcoholic beverages, such as beers, wines and distilled products. Part of my responsibilities were all the opening and closing duties, depending on the shift, and ensuring everything is set for service. Additionally, serving customers and taking their orders. Some shifts entailed working in my own section of tables and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

This role entailed serving food, preparing drinks and coffees. Additionally, some shifts were in the kitchen. After one year, I have started to mainly manage the service, while organizing the orders for the kitchen. Besides prepping foods for service, working in FOH, I was managing employees and making sure the food is sent out in a timely manner.
