I am an amiable, positive and spontaneous person with a long-term experience in HR management and adult education and around 15 years entrepreneurial experience of which the last 13 in Finland. Since 2003, I have had many projects as a trainer and consultant. As a psychologist I provided psychological counseling to conscripts and active servicemen and gave lectures to conscripts.Achievements: I developed a unit's recruits' administration processes to a new level, all the different systems were connected and all data digitized. I worked out and we started using new admission and reserve processes for conscripts in our battalion, and several other minor processes.
