Responsible for managing data products in Brazil with the main objective of improving project results through Data Analytics.- Data Integration and Business Intelligence project management – responsible for integrating Acxiom's data in Brasil with data from important social media, connecting Online and Offline data, increasing the results of marketing initiatives - Restructuring Acxiom Brazil Marketing Database Model, in order to improve data quality, integration, access and reporting – PostgreSQL / Oracle- Responsible for collecting requirements, defining solutions, planning, managing resources, scope and deadlines, mitigating risks and solving conflicts- Product development monitoring, results evaluation and status reporting to stakeholders- Managing the relationship between Products team and other internal teams, providers, partners, and external clients

Responsible for leading a team focused on providing innovative products and solutions as part of the beginning of Acxiom's operations in Brasil.- Responsible for integrating solutions developed in Brasil with solutions from Acxiom wordwide as well as third party solutions- Providing support for database management and integration in order to build Acxiom Brazil’s own marketing database, making multidimensional insight possible- Defining Data Matching strategies for better identifying unique individuals across distinct databases- Leading the Development of a Web Service solution to provide real time access to Acxiom Brazil database (Java, JPA, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SCRUM)- Project Management for Audience Segmentation and Propensity Models development, providing Insights on customer’s Preferences and Behaviors - Leading resources in Acxiom Brazil and Acxiom worldwide

- Design & Development of Data Quality Solutions (Java, UML, Design Patterns, Maven, PL/SQL, XML, ETL, SCRUM)- Applying Artificial Intelligence techniques to improve existing Data Quality Solutions both in terms of Performance/Scalability and Accuracy (Optimization Solutions, Decision Trees)- Writing Technical Papers presenting the proposed solutions and results achieved, having one paper winning the Best Paper Award from the International Conference on Information Quality, Little Rock, Arkansas – USA, 2010
