I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional with solid experience in various roles at Mastercard, a global leader in payment solutions. I currently work as a Product Delivery Analyst - Academy, Mastercard's training and education area, where I am responsible for offering customized training solutions to customers, managing CRM, designing new topics and formats, and reporting to stakeholders on results and planning. In this role, I apply my skills in training, customer relationship management, business analysis and sales management. In addition to my professional experience, I also have a degree in psychology from São Judas Tadeu University in 2021 and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, which I expect to complete in 2024. I believe that my academic background allows me to better understand clients' needs, motivations and behaviors, as well as to develop creative and effective solutions to market challenges.
