Hi, I'm Marília Silva, I have a degree in Design and a postgraduate degree in Fashion, Arts and Contemporaneity and Master's degrees in Retail Management 4.0 (Omnichannel) and Consumer Experience Management (Customer Centric Marketing). I'm passionate about behavior, consumption, people, fashion and beauty.During my graduation in 2012, I created the Bazar-Casa project, the project was focused on reselling my own clothes and accessories. This project gained prominence and resulted in an invitation for a reportage in the Grande Rio TV news, on TV Grande Rio (Petrolina-PE). Subsequently, I was invited to work as a freelancer for TV, producing fashion stories for local programs.In 2016, I was approached by a recruitment and selection company and invited to take part in Lojas Renner's Store Management Trainee Program, after a 7-month selection process that attracted more than 19,000 candidates, resulting in 25 approvals.With over 10 years' experience in the fashion retail sector, I have strategic, commercial and operational skills. I identify opportunities, create products and projects, and implement strategies, always in line with business needs. I have participated in major projects in the sector, including the implementation of commercial, operational, omnichannel and innovation processes.As Scrum Master of the PDS Innovation program, I contributed to the development of 30 Supervisors, helping them to be promoted to Managers. Throughout my career, I have conducted consumer behavior analyses and identified consumer needs and aspirations, leading to the creation of products and assertive strategic communication.I have managed diverse teams of up to 80 people, with the aim of achieving set targets. My value proposition lies in the continuous search for business opportunities in line with the proposed objectives, guaranteeing the implementation and standardization of up-to-date processes.
