During my StaffPoint Group career I had the priviledge of creating and nourishing a multi-functional in-house MarCom Team to serve our branches and StaffPoint companies in their marketing needs #recruitmentmarketing #B2B #B2C. I was also in charge of the group communications, media relations and the brand development. In private employment services market, StaffPoint is known as a responsible and resourceful, big player. The Reputation&Trust survey (2019) revealed, that StaffPoint scored better than the average companies in the field. The brand is the second best known (TEP/Taloustutkimus 2021). My primary tasks were to support StaffPoint in succeeding in its strategic goals by leading the MarCom team and the group-level MarCom execution with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

As the Communications and Marketing Manager, I was responsible for the group-level brand work and its implementation, as well as the execution of our MarCom strategy, aligned with the business strategy. I also ran our in-house MarCom team serving branches, StaffPoint companies and support functions in their external and internal marketing needs.

External communications&marketing of the Berggren Group, the European full-service IP house. (IP = protection of patents, trademarks, utility models, copyrights and IP management, commercialization of IPs, IP agreements, IP law) Their mission was to create opportunities to succeed for their clients - their ideas and innovations. My task was to plan, manage and execute the annual communications in a way that supported – in every project and with every word – the IP professionals’ large-scaled and unique know-how, which was the core of the Berggren brand and reputation.Projects: strategy renewal communications, intranet renewal, brand renewal, concept of the new full-service offering

(Edita Group, also known as Nordic Morning, currently Edita) My responsibilities were: Communications consulting. Editorial and project management of the following client/special/personnel magazines: Maine - special magazine for professional communicators (2000-2005), Berggren-lehti (2009-2010), Spotti/Philips Lightning (2006-2010) Tietysti/The Academy of Finland (2003-2006), Tuuma/Puukeskus (2004-2010), Ramilainen/Ramirent Finland (2008-2010), Make it/M-real Oyj (2006-2008), Edita News/Edita Oyj (2006-2010), Editalainen/Edita Oyj (2006-2011), Luonnonvara/Ministry of Forestry and Agriculture (2000-2005). Communications Officer at Edita Group communications (2006-2010). Supporting and executing internal and external group-level communications : editorial management of the personnel and client magazines, producing web articles&e-newsletters, press releases, managing annual report projects, managing website renewal project, supporting strategy communications.During years 2000–2003 I also worked as a graphic designer of the magazine layouts and visual concepts in Edita's visual magazine and ad producer team.

My work in nutshell: Editorial and budget management of Ammattina Kauneus - special magazine published by Kauneusalan Yrittäjät ry. Layout and concept renewal. In 2000, Esto Press Ltd was purchased by Edita, and I became an employee of Edita Press Ltd, part of the Edita Group (currently Nordic Morning), belonging to the Publishing business area.

This is when I got intrigued by visual communications and studied the principles of graphic designing attending in multiple courses and workshops. My role included designing of visual layouts and production of magazines, marketing materials and advertisements with Adobe softwares: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional.

Full-time work within full-time academic studies. At ARD I was given some communications tasks: article producing for the client reference publication, know-how profile project, supporting internal communications. This is when I understood, that I was good at popularising specialists' knowhow.
