As a Recruitment Consultant, I manage and execute recruitment projects from start to finish. My responsibilities include identifying client needs and creating detailed candidate profiles, drafting compelling job advertisements, and sourcing candidates through targeted outreach and public searches. I assess candidates thoroughly, present qualified individuals to clients, and ensure all documentation and reporting is meticulously maintained throughout the recruitment process.

As a Development Manager, I led the development of PARE’s core services—training programs, the PARE conference, mentoring programs, and more. I managed and coordinated several working groups to bring innovative projects to life, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes. I conducted member satisfaction surveys to enhance our offerings, aligning them with the evolving needs of the HR community, and collaborated with professional associations across Estonia and Europe. Additionally, I was responsible for the communication and marketing of PARE services through our website, newsletters, and social media channels.

As a Training Specialist/Project Manager, I oversaw the entire training process for designated units, from identifying and analyzing training needs to planning, organizing, and delivering impactful training sessions.
