My special skill is growing turnover for the companies I have worked for by providing their customers with a personal and exceptional service experience. I am a firm believer that word-of-mouth is the best marketing tool available. If you understand the company you work for and believe in it's products it is easy to convince the customer about how it will meet their needs. Sincerity and a positive, can-do approach are hallmarks of being successful in sales. My entrepreneurial mindset allows me to see the bigger picture of the bottom line as well as the finer details of responding timeously to a customer. Most people don't recognise the true ability of an efficient customer service representative to also be a great sales-person but these qualities go hand-in-hand. I love what I do.
