MBA qualified with more than 17 years’ experience in the fields of organisational change, culture and employee engagement, I have worked in the retail, financial services, energy, government, legal, consulting and training sectors. In my role in the banking sector in South Africa, I was instrumental in contributing to the improvement of the employee Net Promoter Score by 34 points over 4 years. I partner with leaders to enable individuals and organisations to navigate complex change collaboratively and implement more coherent and viable organisational outcomes. When done well, these outcomes also create humane workplaces that are more just and equitable. This satisfies my desire to work towards more justice and fairness in this world, which was my original motivation for my early legal career.
