Coordination des projets :- Assister les coordinateurs scientifiques dans la supervision de la mise en œuvre du projet et le suivi du plan de travail.- Développer et mettre en place des outils de management nécessaires à la gestion des projets (procédures, guides, modèles-types de documents, plates-formes collaboratives, etc.).- Préparer les réunions de consortium et établir les comptes rendus.- Animer les consortia et faciliter les échanges entre partenaires.- Mettre en œuvre des actions de communication en interne (diffusion de l'information, animation de la plate-forme collaborative, etc.) et en externe (rédaction du contenu de la partie publique du site Internet, réseaux sociaux, etc.).- Assurer l'intermédiaire entre la Commission européenne ou l'ANR d'une part et les consortia d'autre part.- Superviser la délivrance des livrables selon le calendrier prévu- Maintenir à jour le site web du projet avec les dernières publications et évènements liés.Gestion budgétaire :- Piloter le suivi de l’exécution du budget consolidé du projet pour l’ensemble du consortium.- Proposer des outils et des indicateurs pertinents- Coordonner la justification financière des dépenses imputées sur le budget du projet, en lien avec l’établissement coordonnateur, et s’assurer du respect des délais de remise des rapports financiersGestion administrative et juridique : - Assister les partenaires sur les aspects administratifs du projet, contrôler l'application des règles et procédures administratives de Horizon Europe d'une part et de l'ANR d'autre part.- Suivre et proposer des mises à jour (avenants) des documents contractuels.- Veiller au respect des obligations décrites dans la convention de subvention et l'accord de consortium.- Participer à des sessions d'information auprès des financeurs institutionnels (Europe, ANR…)

Business France is a government agency for the internationalisation of the French economy. The agency assists national companies in their export activities, the management of VIE/VIA (Volontariat International en Entreprise/Administration), as well as foreign companies in their investment projects in France. As a Trade Development Assistant in the Lifestyle, Health & Innovative Services division of Business France UK/Ireland based in Dublin, I will be assisting team members in their day-to-day activities in the following sectors: home/decoration, health, fashion, cosmetics, sport, retail and innovative services.
