Working in the sports industry for over 15 years with a hands-on mentality, managerial experience and a result driven focus. Certified to unite organizational abilities with teaching strength- and high intensity workouts, pilates, pre- and post natal classes, Vinyasa- and Hatha Yoga. My role as Studio Manager at YG Studios allows me to combine the love for teaching with managing the overall operations handeling a teachings-team of 50 freelancers, cleaning- and frontdesk team, offering 170 group classes a week, organizing (corporate) events and private sessions. In my position I take full ownership of the Rotterdam based studio including customer service, recruitment, scheduling and performance.
