In my graduation project, I researched the energy transition occurring in residential areas, where condominium associations (VvE's), residents, and architectural technology plans meet. In a group of 27 enthusiastic students from the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, we were flown to Singapore as part of the Flight Case program. This initiative offers master's students the chance to tackle real company cases overseas. During this trip, we worked on cases from the multinational corporations Hewlett-Packard (HP), Procter & Gamble (P&G), and the International Business Machines Corporation (IBM).

During this internship, I had the opportunity to work at Koos Service Design as a service designer. During this six-month period, I developed skills like creating customer journeys, facilitating creative sessions, and developing a service blueprint. Additionally, I acquired skills related to teamwork, client collaboration, and engaging with all other stakeholders involved in a project, all of which were invaluable experiences gained during this internship.
