Serve as the Subject matter expert and principal advisor to the 1st TSC and other US Forces operating in Southwest Asia. Determined the appropriate processes required and initiates and implemented necessary actions. Subject matter expert in civilian manpower, budget, various functional areas, employee relations, classification and staffing for the command. New positions were created with a new Table of Distribution with the help of G-5.
