Traveled to homes of hazard insurance policyholders to conduct exterior survey of property which included questionnaire and photographs of property. Once all photos had been taken, returned home to upload photos and questionnaire to Mueller. The report was then reviewed by other Mueller personnel. Surveyed a total of approximately 15 homes per day

Reviewed closed loan transactions to ensure loan documents were error free. If errors were found, contacted clients to have documents re-executed. Made the appropriate corrections to documents and forwarded them to client for re-execution. Followed up with clients to confirm corrected documents had been received, had been re-executed and were being sent back to SunTrust in a timely manner. Documents reviewed and corrected: truth in lending statements, right to cancels, notes, deed of trusts, riders, mortgages, etc.
