I love the ministry of reaching out to the homeless, hungry and hurting through the Miami Rescue Mission & Broward Outreach Centers. We care for nearly 1,000 homeless and hurting every day. My job is fundraising....donors, volunteers, major gifts, planned giving, special events, public relations, media/newsletters and more. It is exciting everyday to come to work....I love not only my job but the volunteer aspect of teaching finance/budgetintg to our graduating classes on the Miami campus and also working with POWER/Bible Club in the summers on Saturdays....The ministry is powerful and fulfilling as lives are changed in our clients and donors and volunteers and staff...you can't helped but be changed if you work or minister in this place.

I loved the ministry of Venice Assembly (now Lift Church) and being a part of that church. It was so wonderful to be able to be a part of the Christian Education program and also develop the counseling for benevolence and budgeting for individuals and families. I loved working with the children and adults in planning the "Front Line" Training time for Sunday mornings. It was a great experience as I learned from a great teacher Pastor Gary Gray. He is a Bible scholar and loved to reach the city of Venice for Christ. I learned under his leadership how to be better on the computer and also he also encouraged the creative spirit in me to try new ways to help people want to learn the things of God and be part of the God's Kingdom.
