Responsibilities include: • Volunteer Manager of 40+ volunteers. This includes training, managing, and scheduling. Volunteers include Concierge, Gift Shop, EC Special Events, and Program Facilitators. • Development and implementation of social programming and Enrichment Center special events. • Successfully applying change management skills through the growth of the Enrichment Center prior to the pandemic, through the changes during the pandemic, and through the return of programming as we adapt to COVID restrictions. • Led and advised the Program Assistant – Membership through the changes and challenges that have arisen throughout the pandemic. • Membership recruitment, engagement, and retention.
