I have spent nearly a lifetime of focus and research in anti-aging strategies, beginning in my teens as the daughter of the Father of Biochemistry, Dr. Bernard L. Horecker, Dean of Weill-Cornell Graduate School of Medicine, 1981 - 1998. I conceived of, funded research and development for and co-authored Fit for Life, one of the top 25 bestselling books in publishing history (Publishers' Weekly 1986), the 4th bestselling book of the 1980's, translated in 38 languages. My present project is the anti-aging brand Young for LIfe, the book, PBS television Pledge Drive, Nerium International endorsement. My family life is my greatest blessing. I am thriving in passionate love, living a peaceful life of great contentment, sharing life's greatest pleasures with my beloved husband Dr. Rock. I am blessed to have four adult children who I adore as my best friends and supporters. They and our beautiful four grandchildren bring countless joyful experiences and inspire my husband and I to live the life of our dreams. How lucky I am to also be able to say that my colleagues at Nerium International and my readers keep me happily engaged in countless friendships and continuous research in my field, in order to keep giving and sharing my knowledge which I must, because I care so much about people.
