I am a highly experienced professional in the tourism and hospitality industry having worked in hotels in various roles throughout my career. I have also worked in the aviation industry that exposed me to a different side of the tourism and hospitality industry. When attending Dublin Institute of Technology (TUD) I was a part of the LGBT society where we would conduct talks about LGBT rights and helping to promote equality and create an equal world where people did not have to be afraid about living their truth.As a recently out trans woman I have also helped to organise the first Dalata pride walk in conjunction with my HR team. I am interested in learning and developing more with regard to diversity and inclusion for everyone that are meaningful and not just to boost up numbers to look good. I would consider myself as a dedicated highly driven individual who is always looking to improve and better myself with new challenges.
