Researched, wrote and posted on the internet the tentative rulings for the Civil Law & Motion calendars, researched, wrote and posted on the internet probate notes and wrote file notes for same, researched and wrote file notes for family law cases, researched and wrote draft orders for petitions for habeas corpus, reviewed and wrote Local Rules of Court, researched and wrote bench memos as requested.

I was a civil litigation attorney in a forty-five member litigation section. I managed an average file count of 80+ litigation matters which I took to trial or resolved by settlement or arbitration. The cases involved, primarily, personal injury, subrogation, homeowners claims, workers compensation, bad faith and coverage issues. I have tried over a dozen cases to jury verdict and over 25 bench trials.
