I am responsible for the global automation program at Spectrum Brands. In 2019, we built our automation program from the ground up, including hiring a centralized development team, deploying UiPath and Winshuttle technology and setting up an Automation Center of Excellence called Automation Central. We use a modified agile process I developed, called READY-DEV-GO to manage our process. My team automates essential business processes to accelerate productivity, reduce and correct errors, save time, lower costs and improve efficiency. I chair our Be In (Belonging and Inclusion) Council.My passion involves engaging stakeholders across the business to align on priorities and address key business challenges with technology.  I am an expert at building business cases, evaluating ROI and building and managing a successful pipeline. My expertise involves strategy development, solution design, Robotic Process Automation, AI, ML, governance, coaching and mentoring, and total quality management. I received my undergraduate degree in marketing and MBA from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida and hold a certificate in Total Quality Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.
