My past role as Board member has been:1. To update and maintain the website TIASARMS.org 2. Design and Publish a newsletter, which has been so successful that it is now quarterly.3. Develop procedures and protocols, as well as a manual, for fundraising, social media and managing the donor base.

Contracted by various clients including Los Angeles Better Buildings Challenge• Managed, tracked and reported on the water conservation rebate programs utilizing rebates and incentives from various water agencies and administer incentives for customized water efficiency projects through the Water Savings Incentive Program. • Monitored Portfolio Manager Accounts, WegoWise, and DOE data review with in-depth analysis. • Developed protocols, documented procedures, and published procedures manual. • Developed and maintained an electronic filing system including indexing and folder naming protocols. • Evaluated, recommended and implemented Customer Relations Management (CRM) software. Implementation included a population of data, customization of reports, customized analysis; trained staff. • Designed templates for correspondence and marketing using email applications such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contacts.• Integrate Sales Force CRM into marketing and social media outlets. • Provided strategic marketing and financial plans for long-term growth. • Implemented and managed all aspects of clients marketing, including updating content on the website and social media, managing content and publication of monthly email newsletters, setting up webinars, and coordinating events. • Provided event management. Public service is an important part of my life. I have been a volunteer with the USGBC-LA Chapter since 2010. Chaired the 2016 & 2017 GALA, bringing in record profits. I am a past chair of the San Gabriel & San Fernando Valley branch, where I cultivated volunteers to take on leadership roles. I was part of the 2016 Greenbuild Host Committee, as Co-Chair of the Momentum committee. The Momentum committee planned events with other like-minded organizations to increase outreach, developed a strategy to increase membership, supported the other 5 committees and planned the Green GALA. We created a state of the art real-time map of sustainable Los Angeles buildings and businesses for individuals and professionals, EcoMapLA. EcoMapLA was so well received, we entered a grant with LA2050 to expand the maps capabilities.

Worked with clients to maximize their productivity. Developed work systems, streamlined computer information flow, and developed work, time efficiency strategies for small to medium sized businesses. Designed and implemented procedure manuals. Analyzed sales and marketing data from various sources and compiled information into one compressive report. Wrote short articles, “Tip of the Month”, e-mail newsletter, and conducted seminars on organizing for success.

As a Certified Financial Planner, established an independent Financial Planning Office and ran a private practice. Clients were directed in meeting their personal and business financial goals, using technical analysis and sound financial investments. Conducted educational Financial Planning seminars and public speaking engagements. Was interviewed for both radio and print media. Wrote and published a monthly financial newsletter.

Report directly to Senior Field Vice President. Responsible for greater Los Angeles Territory, a client base of 234 accounts with annual premiums in excess of $5.8 million and $40 million in assets. Responsible for design, sale, implementation and ongoing consulting of employee benefit plans. Specific responsibilities include auditing actuarial valuations and assuring compliance of new legal regulations. Met with Board of Directors, conducted seminars and educational programs.

Responsible for training of sales staff of on financial investment opportunities and Due Diligence. Conducted sales seminars. Developed a successful practice consisting of corporate and individual clients by providing financial, business and retirement planning, as well as, risk management. Established a marketing plan for new product line. Conducted seminars for organizations such as Xerox Management
